This website, forgequest.app ("the Site"), is an informational page about ForgeQuest, a mobile app currently in development. The Site is not the app and does not provide the app's features. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What this Site is

The Site exists to describe ForgeQuest and let you join a waitlist. The interactive demo ("the Forge") is a preview for illustration only. The only action that submits data is joining the waitlist with your email address.

2. The waitlist

You may join the waitlist by entering your email and confirming that you have read our Privacy Notice. We use that email only to send you updates about ForgeQuest, primarily a notification when the app launches. You can ask to be removed at any time — see the Privacy Notice.

3. In development

Everything described here — features, pricing, platforms, timing — is a work in progress and may change, be delayed, or not ship at all. Nothing on the Site is a promise, an offer, or a guarantee of any future product or feature.

4. Intellectual property

The ForgeQuest name, logo, text, and design on the Site belong to their creators. Game names and images referenced in the demo belong to their respective owners and are used for illustration only. Please don't copy or reuse the Site's content without permission.

5. "As is", no warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or continuously available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site.

6. External links

The Site may link to third-party sites (such as an app store). We don't control and aren't responsible for their content or policies.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the project evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continuing to use the Site means you accept the current Terms.
